Plastic Picnic, "Miss It Still"

Post Author: Elizabeth Schneider

If you are looking for a breezy tune with meaningful words, look no further than “Miss It Still” from Plastic Picnic.  The single is the first from their forthcoming EP.  Plastic Picnic, made up of Emile Panerio, Lincoln Lute, Gordon Taylor and Marshall Hunt, is the Brooklyn based quartet whose members are all transplants from the Northwest.
“Miss It Still” has heartfelt lyrics about the one that got away and her new life as “a socialite”.  “You’ll go through the core of your life, searching for your “perfect” night, Through all this time, do you miss it still?”  Plastic Picnic has wrapped these verses in a pop tune that is reminiscent of songs from the 80’s which are the band’s inspiration.  It’s a song that you will want to add to your playlist.
The EP was produced/engineered by Ariel Loh.

After the single debut on the 18th, Plastic Picnic’s next live date will be May 25 at Berlin NYC at 25 Avenue A, New York, NY from 8:00 pm – 11:30 pm. Tickets are available here. Check them out at Union Pool with Deep Sea Diver on June 23rd.
