On Saturday, July 14, Village Voice's second annual 4 Knots Festival took place at the South Street Seaport and the afterparty at Beekman Beer Garden. There was an electrical fire which paused the show for about 15 minutes and a raucous afterparty in which security personnel manhandled fans prompting Cole Alexander of Black Lips to intervene during his band's set.
