Here's a new track (ok, we're almost a month late) by Celebration off their upcoming 4AD release The Modern Tribe, out in October. It's another one of those gushing, massive rushes of gooey indie that lives up to their band name with a consistently “triumphant” gait. Add Katrina Ford's dreamy vocals slipping between Animal Collective quirks that borrow sentimental cues from Walkmen's Hamilton Leithhauser, and a similarly warbling organ, and you've got something warm and honest that illuminates some of the best tendencies that've come out of New York music in the past half decade. Make us take it off repeat!
