Am I the only one weirded out more by JD Samson's unibrow than her mustache?
I was just having a conversation with someone over the weekend about how JD Samson, and others who take an androgynous approach to sexuality, deserve much more respect than many in the LGBT community. I realize this is completely coincidental and totally unrelated, but I just feel we should be talking about people like her more, because a video like Men's “Off Our Backs” sends a way better message than all of the queens in NYC parading down Broadway flashing lots of crotch gyrations. Even if the video is full of queens flashing lots of crotch gyrations.
Seriously though, JD Samson might be one of the most important people in music right now, it's time we start talking about her and her Men more.
