Common Jack Live at Arlene's Grocery

Saturday night on the frigid lower East side of Manhattan at Arlenes Grocery Common Jack took to the stage in front of a packed house.  John Gardner fronts this 5 piece band tonight (Joe Carroll on guitar, Erica Swindell on keys and violin, Harper James on bass, and Dave Scalia on drums).  The indie folk vibe is shining bright for these guys as we were treated to songs old and new as well as some unreleased material.  Their latest single “Restless” (a song about taking a step back an giving yourself a chance to gather your thoughts) is out now on all platforms.  Highlight of the set was “Faded Flag”.  Simply stunning.
