On February 17th, Declan O’Rourke performed at The Irish Arts Center in NYC. This guy has had 4 number one albums in Ireland over the last 10 years and he came to NYC with a 12 piece orchestra in tow. It was absolutely phenomenal, and photographer Anthony Mulcahy captured some of it for us.
