The fifth annual 4Knots Festival returned to New York City on Saturday, July 11 but took place in a new location. For the past four years, it was held at the South Street Seaport in lower Manhattan but for the first time this year, it became a ticketed event and moved to Pier 84 in Hudson River Park. The fifth edition’s lineup featured sets by Super Furry Animals (their first NYC performance in over six years), Stephen Malkmus and The Jicks, Mikal Cronin, Screaming Females, Twin Peaks, Happyness, Meatbodies, Heaters, Surfbort, and Heaven. Photographer Ester Segretto attended the day long festival and captured live performances from all of the acts for this gallery.
