Juiceboxxx, the hyperactive Milwaukee rapper, has been online-fundraising for a month to raise money for his record label and energy drink company, Thunder Zone. We are proud of the rapper for following in the footsteps of Fifty Cent, Sean Combs, and Ludacris by launching his own beverage for no reason. Or is there? “What if there was something we could all drink right before I went on stage that would bring us all to the next level?” he asks in his fundraising campaign, apparently having forgotten about the common use of alcohol for this purpose. However, the design of the energy drink can has the words THUNDER ZONE bursting through a brick wall, so we are assured that it's one powerful drink.
The fundraising is through a site called Indie GoGo, which has much more flattering terms than Kickstarter in that Juiceboxxx will be allowed to keep all the money he's earned whether or not he's made the goal, which in this case is $7,500. With about 48 hours left at the time of this posting, meeting that number seems unlikely, but you can still pre-order his new LP through the site or, simply order a case of Thunder Zone for your family and friends. If you give enough, he'll shout you out on his next album or even throw you a personal energy-drink fueled party at your place of residence! And all this without even mentioning once how the beverage will taste!
