On Wednesday, March 27th, NYU’s Program Board presented a show at Eisner & Lubin Auditorium at Kimmel Center featuring Killer Mike, Mr. MFN eXquire and Cakes Da Killa. Tickets for this fantastic and intimate show were dirt cheap (just $2 for students and $4 for everyone else). Killer Mike, who was responsible for our number one album of 2012, announced to the young crowd that he’s about to record a new record with El-P soon, going on tour with Big Boi starting in April and will return to New York again this summer with El-P. After his high energy performance, Killer Mike shook hands with crowd members and posed for photos with enthusiastic fans.
