British pop-punk powerhouses Bloody Knees deliver another steady thrash track with a healthy dose of flanger. “Stitches” comes off the Cambridge quartet’s second EP of the same name, coming out next week via Dog Knights Productions. The way Bloody Knees’ vocal melodies drop off to kick in the power chord change with full throttle guitar energy reminds me of the skate pop punk of Wavves’ latest record. Except if Wavves lived under gray clouds instead of So Cal sun rays.
