There’s the saying that trends are cyclical, and in music, often styles are reinterpreted in other formats – rejuvenating an overworked sound. In the case of Harry Nathan, he’s reimagining all manner of timeless themes from across the decades, and doing it with his own Bohemian Dream Pop finesse. Latest track Sweet Vanilla Sky is a delightfully downtempo track, just as sweet as the title suggests.
“The song came together quite quickly, as if I was just a vessel for its birth into the universe,” says Harry Nathan “I kept the production super simple, so that the focus would remain on the lyrics and the melancholy guitar and violin sections.”
