East London act Polychrome, are something of a Frankenstien in their make-up. One part Oliver from The Bronze Medalists and another part Victoria of Victoria and Jacob. The duo have been championed by the likes of NME, Time Out, The Line of Best Fit, Uncut and DIY to name a few, and have also supported The Mystery Jets, Com Truise, Daughter, and Katy B.
Their new single is a dreamy, uplifting piece of electronica with a distinct pop appeal. The visual is inspired by Oliver’s hometown in Scotland, on the video the band state:
‘We got the chance to make a video with a great director who’s based out in Dubai. His idea sounded amazing but involved the actors taking their clothes off and the only time he could shoot it was during a two-week window. We thought, ‘how the bleep are we going to find someone who won’t mind getting naked, so quickly?’. We put a shout out on Facebook and within hours we had the whole cast, which maybe says something about our mates…’
