Never one to keep a Twitter alias for too long, Action Bronson dubbed himself Mr. Wonderful for the past month (only to have a flash of genius and change it to Dro Dimaggio as of August 4). The name was part truth, part promotional reminder for his upcoming full length, Mr. Wonderful, on Vice/Atlantic.
After an ever-shitty radio rip from Rosenberg radio leaked Monday, Action Bronson delivered the gourmet goods in the form of first single “Easy Rider”. Produced by Party Supplies, “Easy Rider” deserves an accompanying video of Bronson playing the Peter Fonda role with Party Supplies riding bitch as Jack Nicholson, filmed on the desert highways of the American Southwest. Party Supplies packs a dab of Morricone spaghetti western into a proverbial bong of American desert psych and passes it to Bronson to spark for four blazing minutes.
