Liars: hard-working band, or hardest?

Jeremy Krinsley

Liars just spent most of the last three months touring with Interpol. Liars frontman Angus Andrew called it a "magic carpet ride" and the fall madness included an appearance at Chicago's Empty Bottle of Reefer Duberland, a one-off mashup of those two bands and Deerhunter/Atlas Sound man Bradford Cox into what was described by some blogs as fatigued jam band dub. It was probably fun to witness in the same way that watching celebrities playing basketball together on MTV is fun. Maybe it's not what they do every day, but Bow Wow just got stuffed by Chris Brown... his lay up... got stuffed.

This time around, Liars are taking No Age with them on a headlining tour through the middle of winter and most of the continental United States. Obviously, this will be a chance to see your relentless heroes in a more intimate space.
