The Rising Pop Phenomenon Has Just been Added to Spotify’s ‘RADAR’ Program.
Flying the flag for leftfield pop bliss from Transylvania, enigmatic songwriter-producer JINKA is starting to build a reputation among all the right people.
Since launching her off-kilter, wonky alt-pop she’s been heavily supported by Spotify. She’s also a darling of the online music press, receiving critical support from Wonderland, The line of Best Fit, High Snobiety & COLORS. Now based in Berlin, she’s been releasing electronica-influenced pop productions anchored by her signature baby voice.
The new single ‘No Anything Else’ is a perfect example of this. ‘No Anything Else’ puts us immediately in mind of Grimes’ futuristic pop sensibilities, with an epic music video from Russian designer Ksti Hu to further enforce that comparison.
