Singer/guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. (The Strokes) played a sold-out show at the Independent in San Francisco for this years annual Noise Pop Music Festival. LA-formed/Michigan based dream-pop duo In the Valley Below are out on tour with Hammond’s group and played a stellar set, and local luminaries The She’s kicked off the night with their signature brand of pop-rock.
