On Friday, September 12 and Saturday, September 13, the third annual Basilica Soundscape festival took place in Hudson, NY at the Basilica Hudson, a 19th century factory converted into an art and performance space. On Saturday, Show No Mercy presented a lineup of Swans (who performed for nearly 2.5 hours), Deafheaven, White Lung, Majical Cloudz, Guardian Alien and Emily Reo. There were also readings by Thor Harris of Swans, White Lung’s Mish Way, Perfect Pussy’s Meredith Graves, Melissa Broder, and Los Angeles poet Mira Gonzalez.
