On Tuesday, March 10, a press conference was held for this year’s edition of Record Store Day which will take place around the world on Saturday, April 18, 2015. There will be 400 RSD releases and the news was announced by a panel featuring Fred Schneider and Kate Pierson of The B52s, Annie Clark (St. Vincent), comedian (and former record store clerk) Todd Barry, Sam Calagione (founder of Dogfish Head Craft Beer), Kozmo Vinyl, plus Record Store Day co-founder Michael Kurtz.
