Every year, thousands of eager fans gather in San Francisco, California to enjoy a weekend of fun in the sun at Treasure Island Music Festival. Unfortunately, this year brought with it rain and a mess of very strange events for many concert goers, as the crowd became rowdy and the skies poured buckets. Even with a few snafus, photographer Greg Chow nabbed some amazing shots for us.
