Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival Day 3

Post Author: Jeff Cubbison

The first ever Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival came to a raucous close on Sunday night, with downtown San Diego’s gorgeous waterfront again playing host to sets from an incredibly eclectic lineup. Water taxis, yachts and trolleys shuttled audiences from stage to stage, while Tony Hawk and friends put on a stunning skating spectacle at his Huckjam halfpipe at Ruocco Park.

Music-wise, Big Wild got audiences shimmering early, Manchester Orchestra induced tears amongst their cult-like fanbase, Tyga upped the energy to 100, and Suicidal Tendencies again proved that they’re one of the greatest hardcore bands of all time. Another truly legendary day for a festival that will hopefully be sticking around for years to come.

Tony Hawk and friends soared to the stratospheres at the Huckjam halfpipe while Wonderfront Day 3 hosted sets from Big Wild, Manchester Orchestra, Tyga, Suicidal Tendencies, and more.
