Jawbox @ The Fillmore
Reunited DC post-hardcore outfit Jawbox, out on the West Coast swing of a brief 12-date tour, played the Fillmore in San Francisco on July 12th. The Dischord Records band played a career-spanning setlist, including a healthy dose from their third record and breakthrough major-label record, For Your Own Special Sweetheart.

LA Rock trio Cherry Glazerr played a sold-out show at the Independent in San Francisco on March 10th, in support of their third record Stuffed and Ready.
Diet Cig w/ The She’s at Rickshaw Stop
Indie pop-rock duo (touring as a trio) Diet Cig helped celebrate the 15th anniversary of San Francisco’s Rickshaw Stop with a raucously fun set on January 9th. Local SF luminaries The She’s played a great set of garage-surf-pop as well. Photos from both sets in the gallery.
Caroline Rose at Underground Arts
Caroline Rose played Underground Arts in Philadelphia a few weeks ago in celebration of her phenomenal 2018 release Loner. Rose and her tight band were superb as were the awesome openers And The Kids.
Evan + Zane at Great American Music Hall
Evan + Zane–the cover-song duo of actress/singer Evan Rachel Wood (Westworld, Thirteen), and guitarist Zane Carney– played a Halloween-themed show at Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on October 29th. Covers included Screamin’ Jay Hawkins’ ” I Put a Spell on You” and the Cranberries’ “Zombie.”
