Previously known as the drummer for Tall Juan and Juan Wauters, Bastien Vandevelde has chosen to go solo in his new project titled Beastie Vee. Classified as a post punk/noise rock project, Beastie Vee is going all out by releasing a brand new music video AND an exciting announcement at the same time.

“#4 (bonus clic)” is a track off the upcoming EP, Vee Sides. The video was filmed between tours in Beastie Vee‘s native France, and features–most notably–several stunning shots of the man of the hour doing push ups on a boulder over a colorful skyline backdrop. His dark vocals set the tone, with a guitar riff that we would gladly worship the ground he walks on for.

This song is pure rock. (Like the rock he finds himself being a beast on.) We can’t wait to hear the rest of the EP.

Vee Sides will be released via BUFU Records on cassette and Digital August 5th.
