Debut: Santah, You're Still a Lover EP trailer, ft. “Teeth”

From the heartland and farmlands of Urbana, Illinois springs Santah, having made the recent move to Chicago present this on-the-tour-bus-road trailer in promotion of their forthcoming You're Still a Lover EP. The band here gets a proper introduction, nick names, screen test and all. Meet guitar and vocalist Vivian "Duck Chug" McConnell, piano/organ/synths & filmmaker Tommy "Tanktop" Trafton, guitar and vocalist Stanton 'Pulp-Fang' McConnell, bassist Otto "Korf" Stuparitz along with percussionist Steve "Esteban" Plock. Join the band of family and friends and share that homesick heartache with them as you leave the farm, fawn over landmarks like the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, the New York City skyline, freak folk art neighborhoods, Chi-town skyscrapers and enjoy both the respective recording spaces of Chrome Attic and Pieholden Studios.

The single "Teeth" presents the group wide eyed, earnest and ready to take on anything, including the world amid a gorgeous production of lush strings. "All my weaknesses, I can't promise them, but you already knew, I'm a catch, I'm so deep, I'm a trap, I've got teeth, but you already knew." These reiterations resound like a tour checklist before the band does the team huddle, secret handshakes and high fives before taking to the long and winding roads.
