King Khan & The Shrines, “Darkness”

Though King Khan & The Shrines may be one of the most exciting live acts to see, his new video for "Darkness" features no presence from the psych-rocker at all. In fact, it's merely a stop motion animation that still manages to captivate, just in an entirely different way. Playing on the theme of darkness, we follow a cannon-man into a dark lair where a weighty question is posed. It is a gorgeous piece of art and with the Nina Simone expressiveness and pain in the song, you'll find it a hard video to turn away from.

King Khan is on tour now and he is not to be missed.
