One of the more overlooked albums of 2014 was Stephen Steinbrink’s Arranged Waves, a collection of perfectly overcast pop songs that sound plucked from a time capsule. “Now You See Everything” is the record’s lead track, an apt introduction to Steinbrink’s affective layers of harmonies, classic melodies, and cycling guitar lines.
