Melbourne’s indie folk/rock trio The Peeks – comprised of Fraser, Hamish, and Sean – premiere their video for “Night Owl” today. The video is serene, beautiful, as the sun comes up over the landscape. Compiled of old footage shot by Fraser’s grandmother, the video serves as a gorgeous and generous peek into real life as it unfolds, with a nostalgic and beautiful track as the backdrop.
“[This video is] a stunning and nostalgic collage of clips I filmed in the 1960s and 70s across Australia,” explains Dorothy Miller, Fraser’s 90 year old grandmother. “It’s very good.”
We concur.
Their debut album Grow Up/Grow Down is available now.
