Dent May’s Week in Pop
Dent May’s hotly anticipated new album Across the Multiverse is available today from Carpark Records & the iconic artist presents the following exclusive Week in Pop guest selections via an insightful introduction:
Here are ten songs I discovered while trolling YouTube late at night, which is my preferred method of encountering unfamiliar music. I’m truly thankful for the heads who rip rare vinyls and share deep cuts for the enjoyment of thirsty online listeners like myself. I don’t really know anything about the artists, and I don’t have any cool personal stories to tell about the tracks. I just know I really like them and you will too.
Velly Joonas, “Stopp, Seisku Aeg!”
Al Dos Band, “Doing your Thing with Pride”
Finis Henderson, “Skip to My Lou
Flight, “No More Part Time Lovin” (long version)
Barbara York, “Close to You”
Pause, “It’s Just Amazing”
Virna Lindt, “Underwater Boy”
Nino Ferrer, “Looking For You”
Ernie Graham, “For A Little While”
