Captain Kidd, "STAY"

Just in time for Halloween, rising rockers Captain Kidd are premiering a spooky, noir-inspired video for their single “STAY” today with Impose Magazine. Comprised of Nathan Baumgard (vox, guitar), Eric Blaha (guitar, synth) Stewart Weinland (keys, synth) and Nick Samson (percussion, vox), the band has been further cutting its teeth on the festival circuit following initial success with their song “Freaky Love” prepping for their first full-length album, expected Spring 2018.
“STAY” marks Captain Kidd’s most impressive work to date with a huge sound highlighted by handclap percussion, atmospheric synths, sultry harmonies and a brilliantly buoyant bass-line.
“We approached The Film Forge with the concept of the video and couldn’t be more impressed at how their creativity, ambition and efforts brought it to life,” shares Blaha. “We are excited to present our Single ‘STAY,’ as it’s a taste of what is to come.”
