Following the success of their debut 7” “Dead Air”, California North Bay’ers, Creative Adult, are announcing the release of their latest EP Bulls In The Yard with the premiere of their first single “Rushing Towards The Cemetery”. It’ll come as no surprise to those who are familiar that it’s dark, twisted post-punk in all its underground glory. Intertwining harsh, scratchy chords and moody, almost nostalgic vocals, Creative Adult prove that there’s a fine line between melting face and easy listening, and I think they must just have found it – a bit like sticking your head under a hand dryer, as opposed to in a wind tunnel.
