A loopy, swelling techno-tinged track, it’s a sneak peek at FoF‘s upcoming Five Years of Friends of Friends double-CD compilation due out November 4. And with Sara Z.’s distended diva-esque range, it’s a dramatic, classic club-infused gem that still has a hint of sparkle despite an overarching feel akin to a sweaty, Saturday night haze.
Apparently the first time LOL and Sara have collaborated IRL, but you can practically hear the steam in the swirling synths, impatient click track and soaring vocals. Emotive and strangely open for a club-ready banger, we’re sensing something intensely sensual bubbling directly beneath the surface.
