Welshly Arms has had a busy and successful year so far. With performances at The Rock Boat, SXSW, Summerfest, and more, this band is surely making a name for themselves. Their music has been featured in the trailer for Jack Black’s film “The D Train”, a national campaign for the Cleveland Indians, a promo for TV show “Sense8”, and in the trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s Hateful Eight. Welshly Arms, made up of Sam Getz (guitar/vocals), Brett Lindemann (keys), Jimmy Weaver (Bass), Mikey Gould (drums), and Bri and Jon Bryant (background vocals), have a new track out today and it’s called “Bad Blood”.
This song is instantly catchy and we love it. You’ll fall in love with the song progression- the track starts out low and seductive, but when the chorus hits, the song switches to full on rock and roll. The sound is sexy and will make the listener feel like they’re flirting with temptation as Getz sings, “Do you wanna stick around and see how bad a boy I can be?”
This track is the follow-up to their previous single, “Legendary.”
Keep up with the band here.
