Elf Power are back with the tenth studio album of their long 16 year career. On September 14 the Athens-based band will release Elf Power on their own label Orange Twin Records.

The album will be dedicated to long time friend/collaborator, the late Vic Chesnutt, which makes it less surprising that the first single “Stranger in the Window” has a heavy Chesnutt influence. The album features contributions from their old friends on Elephant 6 (two dudes from Olivia Tremor Control and that chick that went on tour with Lil’ Wayne).

The Elves will make their trek across the states in support of the album in September and then hit up Europe in November. The exact dates have yet to be announced.
