The prolific slack rockers from New Jersey known as Real Estate have signed to Domino and are currently working on their sophomore album, which is currently “in the final stages of completion” and set to come out October 11. Domino will now also support the group's side projects – namely, guitarist Matt Mondanile's solo project Ducktails and bassist Alex Bleeker's Alex Bleeker and the Freaks.
If you're feeling slightly depressed that you'll have to wait until fall to hear Real Estate's summery brand of lo-fi, don't worry: they're going on North American tour starting in July and taking their new songs with them.
