Dunedin poppy post-punk troubadours The Verlaines will see a resurgence in interest in their wonderfully vibrant catalog this winter as Flying Nun Records reissues two of their classic records, Hallelujah All The Way Home (1985) and Juvenilia (1987). As they gained popularity in the late 80s and with an impressive nine albums, The Verlaines have been at the forefront of popularizing a jangly NZ sound, and continue to release music today.
