In January 2015, Glasgow, Scotland’s The Vaselines toured the United States and Canada in support of their most recent record, V for Vaselines. We met up with the band before their Brooklyn show at The Bell House to hand over two disposable cameras and asked them to take photos of whatever they wanted during their tour. In return, Frances McKee, Eugene Kelly, plus Scott Paterson, Graeme Smillie, and Michael McGaughrin gave us images of the band encountering snow and ice, gas stations, a giant dinosaur, a discarded pair of pants trousers, sharing the stage with their tourmates, Shot by the Band veterans Amanda X, and more.
