The New Pornographers @ The Fillmore
Canadian indie-rock supergroup the New Pornographers, out on tour supporting their eight record In the Morse Code of Brake Lights, played the Fillmore in San Francisco on February 1st. Despite being a touring outfit for over 20 years, this was the band’s first show at the historic venue. The band was is at full strength for this tour, with vocalist Neko Case once again in the live lineup. And despite the absence of Destroyer’s Dan Bejar from the last two records, the group still performed his songs, with leader AC Neman taking vocals.
