The Cocoon Project, an NYC-based art installation project intended to bring life to vibrant interactive performances in sheets, was commissioned recently for the video of Baby Birds Don't Drink Milk's "Burt". A part-bedroom/part-beach affair, the video for "Burt" captures the mood of the slow, ambient, experimental track perfectly—mixing the black-and-white outdoor shots with the warm, intimate indoor ones sheds both light and darkness on the long-player. The choice to use The Cocoon Project in this video was obviously particularly deliberate, as it adds layers of nuance to an occasionally sparse track.
