A starting-and-stopping rhythm gives this 22 year-old Seattle newcomer a unique outlook on what beautiful electronic dance should be. This track, and the video, move along horizontally. At first, you could be forgiven for mistaking the cut-out film of rocks and waterfalls for being in the shape of a sound wave – the photos become skinny as the music slows – but eventually they open up and start mirroring all over the place.
