Peredmova, “I Just Wanna Know”

Meredith Schneider

Kyiv-based multi-genre duo Peredmova has been making giant strides in the music sphere since the two – Vladyslav Zarichnyuk and Vira Pravylo – met each other this past summer. A project that stemmed from Vira’s affinity for poetry, her work has now been set to music that ranges from dream pop to belearic to ambient sounds and shoegaze, all the way to hip hop. Today, we’ve got the video premiere for their song “I Just Wanna Know”.

Dancing through beautiful greenery, Vira sings a gentle narrative while exploring the outdoors – by foot and bicycle. Vladyslav dances with her, both adorning simple t-shirts that say, “I Just Wanna Know”, while she delicately sings, “I just wanna know what is right and what is wrong / I just wanna know what it means to be alive”. The visuals bring a healthy glow to the mind, and we’re big fans.

Keep up with Peredmova on Facebook.
