World's Fair, “Sammy Sosa”

We have to agree with director Jay Sprogell's asseessment of "Sammy Sosa" by World's Fair. The director is quoted as saying the track reminds him of "gritty, classic cinema like Taxi Driver with Robert De Niro." Sprogell also seemed to take cues from the group's lyrics "eating foods with funny odors" by setting the video in an Asian-sector of the city, where business men casually smoke cigarettes while waiting outside shuttered stores, women with runny mascara roam the streets, and the absence of crowds or pedestrians suggests no good can come from loitoring the vacant streets. It also is a good place to vomit in privacy for Nasty Nigel.
