Crooked Paintings’ new signee Harlœ brings her extensive writing credentials (Britney Spears, Charlie XCX) to the forefront with her new solo project. Right off the bat, we get the impression that she’s not someone you’d want to fuck with, a sentiment delivered two fold with her brand new track “All In My Feelings”. Sure, the song starts off with a twinkling sound, delicate in its delivery. But “I’m bout to blow up” would suggest she’s ready to take on any obstacle that may come her way. Namely, the music industry. And then when the piano hits low, her attitude comes out and she shows us that she is absolutely not playing around.
This song is an anthem for all women, especially right now. Harlœ is about to be a fearless leader in this industry, and we’re excited to watch it all unfold.
