Kevin Krauter
Courtesy of the good people over at Winspear, we give you the rising star of Kevin Krauter, who you know from his bass work in Hoops & graced our presences with the beauty of “Bachelor” that struck a series of chords through it’s acoustic emotive resonates that encapsulate (and somewhat crystallize) intimate narratives. Krauter glides “Bachelor” through some fascinating & glimmering acoustic arrangements that bring you to a well deserved finale that will instill an excitement on what’s next from the artist from one of our current favorite groups around. Kevin introduced us to the new single with the following lead off preface:
I was listening to a lot of Kurt Vile and Bruce Springsteen when I wrote the arrangement for this song. I wrote the lyrics with no real message or purpose, but they ended up turning into a sort of self-actualization of myself as a deeply flawed human entering adulthood.
