As the summer is winding down, and all the fests are closing out for the warmer months, there is one last-standing bastion of awesomeness to attend to. Cropped Out Festival, arguably the coolest of all the swampy, hot, crowded festivals you're going to be attending this year, is a 100% DIY fest with the aim of bringing marginalized KY bands (as well as bands from other locales) to the Ohio River. The spirit behind Cropped Out is a positive one, and as CO tells us, there will be “food trucks, cheap drinks, vinyl vendors, art installations, merchant booths, tattoo artists, live magic, horseshoes, an idyllic backdrop of birds, boats, and barges.” Did you say horseshoes? And live magic? As if that weren't enough, the lineup for the fourth annual fest is bonkers, as well. See the list of all the great bands performing below, and then buy your tickets to the fest here.
