At the close of Amanda X's first tour as a trio, they came back with amazing photos for us of beach-hopping and cozy cabins and boys with tattoos. Though the tracks from their free Ruin the Moment EP have been up for a bit, the group has kept busy playing shows and will be embarking on a northeast tour in August with Amherst staple Pachangacha. The most recent development with the trio is that they're finally getting a home for their excellent tweepop surfpunk debut, through UK tape label Number4Door. To honor that occassion, here's the standout track from Ruin the Moment, “Golden West”, a track that takes it title from a venue in Baltimore every band loves.
