New York-by-way-of Kansas Baby Birds Don't Drink Milk have a new album arriving in July called Think Tone and with it comes the first track to get the blood flowing through your body. The song is called “Saturday” and it's an intimate, evocative slow jam that burns and fumes just below the surface. It makes uf think of morning's first light as well as twilight's first darkness, and it's a beautiful, cohesive instrumental that goes on for just long enough to make us feel like we've been washed over by layers of dense, tangly emotion.
