Back in April we got caught up on the independent Chicago garage-rockers, Clearance. At long last, we've been presented with their newest single, “Drive-Out!” The track is the first taste of their new EP out in January entitled Greensleeve. Twelve-bar blues with gritty guitars and face-melting guitar solos are nice refreshments, as well they are comfort food. The track gives us a break from melodramtic garage-punk and rebellious surf rock as Clearance once again balances with grace on a middle ground with this feel good hit. Picking up from their last release, Greensleeve is sure to win us over in the same way their debut did.
