Deathcats, “Surfing In My Head”

deathcats

Glasgow might be cold and damp right now (always?) but that doesn't mean its bands have to time releases accordingly. The Deathcats certainly didn't, proffering some of the sunniest Cali surfpop sounds this season has seen. Catchy melodies, complete with the requisite oo-ing and ah-ing along to the beat, will have you escaping present dreary realities in no time, such as “Surfing In My Head,” the second off their forthcoming three-track EP, The Raddest. No dark day is safe.
