Feel Better, comprised of multi-instrumentalists Joel Parmer, Taylor Jay, Andy McCutcheon, and Zachary Sherwood, has been together since 2013. This quartet is an American emo / indie rock band, and we are so excited to say that we have the exclusive stream to their self-titled album.
When talking about the album, Taylor Jay said, “We didn’t have a set number of tracks in order, rather, we wrote until we personally felt we had a set of songs that flowed cohesively from start to finish. Instead of holding ourselves to a strict agenda within the writing process, we took our time and focused on conceptualizing ideas (musically and lyrically) regardless of run time or track number. with this release we’ve honed in our developed concepts incorporating layers of auxiliary instruments, percussion, and loops/sound clips. We’re proud of each song and the album as a whole feels deliberate and organic to us.”
And we would definitely have to agree. This record is beautifully put together, but don’t take my word for it, check out the latest album below for yourselves.
