Best New Music of 2010 artist Intuition's debut Girls Like Me is a week away. To refuel the Hypemachine, Intuition had “Al Bundy” remixed by Falside.
The original version of “Al Bundy” has a lazy lounge jazz keys that make Intuition the drunk pianist on a braggart's tirade. The slow flow is cooler than a polar bear's lowrider with an ice cream paint job.
The Falside Remix features a sinister bassline and chimes reminiscent of Clipse's “Ride Around Shinin'” that add a predatory element to Intuition's words. Suddenly, claims of “bright nights, city lights are my sunshine, stick around dumb dimes, Angelina Scum kind” give the impression Intuition is a night owl that will pull a robbery on your girl if you leave her at the bar.
