Literally five minutes after I read they were the “Best New(ish) New York Band” by the Village Voice, I received an e-mail from Cameron of the K-Holes saying, “just letting you know about some good mixtapes that I’m going to be uploading often,” with a link to the site. Normally I wouldn't relay this sort of thing, but the combination of punk gunk and stuff that sounds like it was culled from bits and pieces of Jim Jarmusch films left me thinking this was worth passing on.
